Now that the Blackberry 8900 has hit the shelves at T-Mobile the related Blackberry 8900 accessories are hitting the market.   Blackberry has released a number of OEM totes made specifically for the 8900.  One of which is the Dark Blue Tote with Strap part number HDW-18961-003.

The OEM holsters provide some features not found in similar aftermarket holsters.  For instance, this tote has a track in the inside front specifically to protect the rollerball.  It also has the sleep function which can be found in many aftermarket holsters.  In our experience the sleep function is a must have if you want to get the maximum battery life out of your 8900.  For those that prefer it without the strap, the strap can be easily removed.

T-Mobile has begun selling the Blackberry 8900.  Similar to the Blackberry Curve, the 8900 has a full qwerty keyboard and is designed for both email and voice use.

While not as cutting edge as the Bold, the 8900 is a great phone with plenty of features.  It is also slimmer than the earlier Curve models.   The 8900 is already getting strong reviews and many consider it equal to the Bold in a number of features.  The phone already has a great selection of Blackberry 8900 accessories available.  If you are in the market for a new Blackberry on the T-Mobile network, the 8900 should be considered.
